Our School Year 2018/19

January 2019:

We started our DDMix dance sessions on the 15th January, along with the pupils from Lochdonhead primary school.  We will be having 6 sessions between January and March.  These sessions are planned in line with our 'Curriculum of Excellence', so the children are learning new skills and practicing existing skills across the whole curriculum, and - importantly - having loads of fun doing it!

On the 18th January the pupils of Ulva & Lochdon got their own private Screen Machine screening of Mary Poppins Returns!

Friday 25th January saw us learning about and celebrating Robert Burns - the pupils from Lochdonhead Primary came over to Ulva for the day with haggis, neeps and tatties, scottish dancing and art.  We also got to join a live webstream with with other schools, hearing from a Structual Engineer, to begin our engineering project.
