
We went to Oskamull. We fed the sheep. First we had to Josh to get our buckets full of food and then put our buckets in to the sheeps stalls. We also gave the sheep some water, one of the sheep got a bucket stuck on its head! We went through the crusher that the cows go in to get their medicine. We also went on the one that the sheep goes in.
Next we went to Laggan Farm. The people who worked at the farm hid some cream eggs! I found 3. We also found some normal eggs, I found 6 of them. We also went in the poly-tunnel and sat on some comfy couches. We did some drawings in the poly-tunnel. Nolan P4


My favourite part of going to our local farm was feeding the sheep and their lambs. We fed the sheep by putting pellets in buckets and filled up their water buckets. I also loved petting the lambs.
At the other part of the farm we looked for and collected the chickens eggs. We also fed them too. Corynn P4

I enjoyed going to the farm on Friday because we fed the sheep and the lambs. The lambs were really cute. At the other farm, we saw hens and went on two different egg hunts, one for chocolate eggs and one for real eggs. We also drew on wooden hen shapes and drew on egg boxes.
I would like to work by being outside and with animals too. Eilidh P7

At the farm we helped to feed the sheep. We went into the sheds and put food in buckets then put it in the sheep’s stalls. We got to pet some little lambs. At the other farm we went and hunted for Easter eggs. My favourite part was seeing the lambs. Mairi P2

At the farm we were pretending to be cows. We helped to feed the sheep with buckets. I got to pet a lamb. We had an Easter egg hunt, I found 2. The hens were running around, I fed them grains.
My favourite part was getting to take home some chocolate eggs. Oak P1

At the farm we gave the sheep their food and petted a lamb, then we went to Laggan Farm and got chicken eggs, then we did and Easter egg hunt. We sat on couches in the poly tunnel. We saw a small egg and a big egg.
My favourite part from each farm was petting a lamb and feeding some chickens.

I liked going for the farm visit. First we went to Oskamull. We fed the sheep and pretended to be cows and sheep going to get treated. My favourite part at Oskamull farm was seeing the pet lamb. After that we went to Laggan farm. When we got there we searched for chicken eggs and then we had a cream egg hunt. After looking for the eggs we went in the poly-tunnel and decorated egg boxes and wooden hens to take home then listened to a goat story from Tony, then went back to school.
My favourite part of Laggan Farm was decorating the boxes and hens. After the visit I think I would like to work at a farm when I grow up. Blue P5

At the farm we fed the sheep and the lambs, we went in the containers to get the food for the sheep/lambs. We put the food inside the pens. Then we got to pet a lamb who didn’t have a mother. Then we replaced the water with fresh water. Next we went to Laggan Farm and we did an Easter egg hunt and I found three. Then we found the actuall eggs.
I enjoyed petting the lamb.

When we went to the farm we helped feed the sheep and lambs that were in bonding stalls before going in to the fields. We also saw where the sheep and cows get medication in the crush. We then fed the chickens and collected their eggs and we also had an Easter egg hunt then we coloured in egg boxes to put the chicken eggs and Easter eggs to take home.
My favourite part was seeing the lambs and I really liked farming. Aoife P7

When we went to the farm we did jobs, my favourite part was feeding sheep with their lambs. We also collected the eggs from the hens and collected chocolate eggs.
Another thing we did was to see the cows and all of us went in the machine that is used to examine them. Ross P7
