We do the birdwatch because in the winter there isnt enough food and we need to see which birds need our help the most.  I learnt that the most common bird around the school is a house sparrow.  I liked making the lego bird feeder/table.  We had to make the base with walls then make a square in the middle with walls and a roof with walls on top of it.  We put bird food around the tower, in the tower and on the roof!  Corynn P5

I liked making a bird feeder out of a plastic bottle, two willow sticks and some string.  Ive seen some birds eating from it.

We do the birdwatch because in winter there is less for the birds and we want to know which need help.  Mairi P3

The Big Schools Birdwatch was fun.  I liked making different bird feeders.  My favourite bird feeder was the one we made out of Lego because I love Lego.  I also liked the card games.

I liked making the bottle feeder because it was using recycled stuff.  We do the birdwatch because in the winter the birds dont have much food.  The most common bird we saw was a house sparrow.  Blue P6
